The woods used in this cabinet are Cherry and Sycamore. The Sycamore door panels are of note because they came from trees felled in 2005 to make way for the expansion of the Cleveland Museum of Art. I acquired the wood when it was left at the museum building site for disposal.

Willoughby Hills, OH - On Wednesday evening, November 11, 2009, the City of Willoughby Hills will host the grand opening of the The City of Willoughby Hills Community Center Gallery from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at 35400 Chardon Rd. Nationally recognized artists, painter John Davis and photographer Bill Pappas, will exhibit their works in a Two Man Show through the end of December. Both Davis and Pappas have won awards locally in the Gates Mills Show, Fairmount Center Show, and Euclid Art Association Show.
Mayor Robert Weger will dedicate the gallery, and the Gaetano Letizia Jazz Trio will perform.
